How long does it take for the order to be processed after the payment is made?

It takes somewhere between 5 and 180 minutes for the order to start being processed. Depending on the size of the order and the type of service you have chosen, this timeline may vary. What kind of YouTube channels are not eligible for promotion?

Any channels that publish content that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines. This includes nudity and sexual content, instructional theft or cheating, hate speech, content that promotes drugs and other illegal substances, discrimination and harassment, gambling, and content that breaches copyright.

1 Channels that are not eligible for a boost in subscribers:

  • Channels with no content. Your channel must have at least one subscriber and one video posted
  • Channels that do not have their subscriber count displayed publicly

2 Videos that are not eligible for a boost in views:

  • Videos that have any kind of restrictions that prevent any user from accessing it from all devices and all sources

3 Channels that are not eligible for a boost in likes:

  • Channels that have their like count hidden

How many subscribers, views and likes can I purchase?

You can purchase any number of likes listed in the description of the service packages offered on our website. The maximum number of subscribers, views and likes that you can add through paid promotion is listed in the description of each service we offer.

How can I track the order status?

If you provide us with the correct email address when placing your order, you should receive an email with your order number and a link. You can use this link to check your order status at any time.

If you run into any challenges (if you provide an incorrect email address or do not receive an email with your order number, for example), you can still check your order status by contacting our customer support at support@lowcostsmm.com. When you contact us, please have the link to the content you are promoting ready (the same link you provided us when you placed your order). Our staff will check your order status and get back to you as soon as possible.

Why aren’t all of my subscribers displayed on my channel?

YouTube lists only public subscribers on your channel. These are users who gave permission to share information about their subscriptions. A subscriber is not going to be displayed on your channel if:

  • They hid information about their subscriptions on their account
  • Their account is banned or is considered to be fake

What is the difference between low-quality and high-quality services?

Good- and high-quality services are the best and most popular types of paid promotion services for YouTube. Buying this type of service means you will get only real and active users and experience minimal drops in your channel’s performance metrics. When you purchase these kind of accounts, it may lead to an increase in your views. However, this is not guaranteed.

Low-quality accounts are the ones that show little to no activity and can be added to your channel very fast. However, these types of accounts are highly likely to be deleted by the platform moderators.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Before you make a payment, make sure you meet all of the following requirements which are necessary for the services you purchase to be delivered successfully:

Why do YouTube channel’s performance metrics experience drops?

The reason why the performance metrics of your YouTube channel may drop is because YouTube uses a special algorithm that can clean up engagement numbers of any channel unilaterally. Unfortunately, this is something no one has the power to change. However, there are some clear factors that can justify the drop in your channel’s performance metrics. YouTube deletes:

  • Inactive subscribers who have not signed into their account in at least 6 months
  • Video views with audience retention that is less than 20 seconds long
  • Subscribers who have not engaged with your channel at all in at least 6 months

Do I need to share my passwords or any personal information with you?

How can I track the order delivery?

However, it is important to mention that the appearance of YouTube views on your channel may be delayed by 4 to 6 hours. Your YouTube analytics will be fully refreshed in two days, and that is when you will definitely be able to see that your order has been delivered.

How does the warranty work?

Can I cancel my order?
