Here are step-by-step instructions on how to place an order on lowcostsmm.com is website.

Step 1: Picking a category

In order to pick the service you need, click on the Menu button (three horizonal stripes) in the top right corner of your screen or pick one of the categories from the Menu bar (Likes, Subscribers, Views).

Step 2: Choosing a service

When you open one of the categories, you will see several services and their descriptions.

Notice that if you hover your cursor over any criterial that is underlined in the service descriptions, a hint will pop up.

Click on the arrows on the left and right on both mobile and desktop to see all package sizes available for the service you picked.

Step 3: Making a purchase

Once you have decided which service package you would like to purchase, have read the description and compared the prices, click on the “Buy Now” button.

Step 4: Completing the Order form

Now that you are ready to fill out the Order form, you can choose whether you want to create an account on Lowcostsmm’s website or check out as a Guest. If you choose to sign up, you will get a personal account where you will be able to track the status of your order and access your purchase history. However, you do not have to create an account in order to place an order, you can just check out as a Guest.

Next, you will see the Order form. It is important you fill in all the fields correctly!

  • Make sure that the video URL, channel name or username you provide under the “URL, username or channel name” is correct.
  • It is important you share your email address under “Email”. If any issues arise during the process of fulfilling your order, the only way our customer support representative can get in touch with you is your email address.
  • Use the “Comment” section to share any additional requests, suggestions or report an error on the website.

  • Choose a payment method by clicking on one of the circles on the left
  • Next, please read the Terms of Service. You can also find the Terms of Service in full here.
  • Once you are sure that the information you provided is correct and read the Terms of Service, click on the toggle (it should change its color to blue) and then on the “Buy” button.

Step 5. Making a payment

Once you submit the Order form, the Payment Status page will pop up. All you need to do here is confirm your purchase and click “Pay”.

You will be redirected to the payment system of your choice. Follow the instructions provided by the payment system to fill in all the required fields and make sure that the order amount has been subtracted from your account.

Once the payment is submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you have provided. Please expect your order to be fulfilled within the timeline specified in the description of the service you have purchased. We are excited that you chose to work with us!
